As you become fitter, you can do this workout with two upper-body or two-lower-body movements. Sometimes, the time and space you have for a workout are very limited. Work, family, travel, and other commitments are often so overwhelming that even the most motivated people can feel discouraged. These are three of my favorite no-gym hardcore training methods.
